I am based out of Orange County, CA. I frequently photograph weddings all over Southern California, but I can travel anywhere in the world!
Yes! I am a hybrid film and digital photographer and have been shooting both formats side by side for years. Although I do shoot modern pro digital camera bodies, I anchor my style in the look and feel of film.
It usually depends on the time of year and how busy I am in any given season. I deliver an edited preview in 24-72 hours and my typical turnaround time for a fully edited gallery is between 6-8 weeks.
Navigating this is quite the challenge! Nowadays, couples are vocal about their aversion to stiff, forced looking photos—a sentiment I wholeheartedly share. When people are at ease and enjoying themselves, that joy naturally shines through in the photos. Rather than fixating on rigid poses, a skilled photographer should focus on capturing connections, making subtle adjustments along the way. Often, the most magical shots emerge from those fleeting, unplanned moments.
While I hesitate to label myself solely as a "documentary-style" photographer, as most couples seek guidance for their portraits, I don't strictly pose or lurk around like a private investigator. The distinction between posed and candid shots can sometimes blur in my work. I aim to be present with my couples and their guests, collaborating to craft stunning wedding photos that fulfill their dreams!
My goal as your photographer is to make you feel comfortable and have fun while making beautiful photos. My process is easygoing and natural and I am here to guide and support you every step of the way.
My style is contemporary, poetic, lively, focused on storytelling and human elements with a lot of vintage film influences. The actual genre I shoot is called Environmental Portraiture.
I think every photographer is very different, even if we have similar aesthetics. I'm just a huge photography nerd. I've been obsessively passionate about the artform for a long time and I can't go without it. Photography is at this point part of who I am and the way I approach a wedding is not just with a camera but with my whole heart.

I love to meet other romantics. Our first meeting, often via zoom will be a chance to dream about your day, ask me questions and get to know each other. To secure your wedding date, I require a date payment deposit and a signed agreement.
After the day I will send an exciting sneak peek within 48 hours of the wedding. I put my heart and soul into editing, curating and preparing your full gallery of images before you receive the final delivery, full of your precious memories.
From timeline planning to location scouting I go the extra mile to ensure we have the time and space to create our images. I work closely with wedding planners to ensure things will run smoothly on the day.
I approach your day prepared and ready to create. On one hand, I love to blend in like guests, documenting and capturing little moments as they happen. On the other, I will direct you when needed and ensure you look and feel your absolute best.
